About our CEO
Oladamola Babalola (Babz)
Babz has lived in four countries, speaks two languages (English and French) and brings over a decade of experience in health communications, creative media, social entrepreneurship, and youth engagement.
Born into a family that valued global impact, and with a father who worked in a diplomatic capacity, the foundations were laid for his core belief: “Do good and make money” in that order. This philosophy has shaped both his personal journey and professional mission, inspiring his commitment to building businesses that create meaningful social change while remaining financially sustainable.
Being a cancer survivor at the age of 21 further strengthened his sense of purpose and calling. After leading a creative media agency social enterprise for more than fourteen years, his convictions have continued to deepen through lived experience. The practical lessons he has gained in sustainably growing social enterprises, delivering value to communities, and generating income now inform the work he does to support individuals and organisations across nations and generations.
With these motivations, he has built a collective of social entrepreneurs and impact mentors with the deep heart to foster the rise of socially conscious leaders who understand that doing good and building profitable enterprises can go hand in hand.
